Pricing
Why did the price change since yesterday?
Because the metal price did. Our prices track the live bullion market rather than sitting at a figure set weeks ago. The rate we are using is shown at the top of every page, and the full calculation is on every product page under “How this price is calculated”.
Can the price change while I am checking out?
No. When you add a piece to your bag we lock its price for ten minutes and show you a countdown. If the timer runs out the basket re-prices at the current rate and tells you — up or down.
What is a making charge?
The cost of turning raw metal into a finished piece: casting, filing, setting, polishing, and the metal lost along the way. We show it separately, either as a flat fee or per gram, so you can see what you are paying for the work as distinct from the material.
What is wastage?
Metal is lost as filings and in the crucible during manufacture. A piece with 10g in it consumed slightly more than 10g. Wastage is that difference, shown as a percentage on the price breakdown.
Buying
Do I need an account?
No, you can check out as a guest. An account lets you track orders, save pieces to a wishlist, and download invoices later.
Which payment methods do you take?

Sizing and fit
How do I find my ring size?
Use the “Find my ring size” tool on any ring page. You can measure a ring you already own against a calibrated on-screen scale, or measure your finger with a strip of paper. Measure at the end of the day when fingers are at their largest, and in a warm room.
What if the size is wrong?
We will resize it. details to follow Some designs cannot be resized safely — full eternity rings and anything with stones set all the way round — and we say so on the product page.
After you buy
Can I return it?
Yes, within details to follow, unworn and in its original packaging. Engraved and made-to-order pieces are excluded because we cannot resell them. Full terms are on the Refund and Returns page.
Do you buy back or exchange?

Will I get a certificate?
Every order comes with an itemised invoice giving metal weight, purity, making charges and individual stone valuations — enough for most insurers. Diamonds above details to follow carry an independent laboratory certificate.
