We collect what we need to sell you jewellery and get it to you safely. Nothing more, and we do not sell it to anyone.

What we collect
- When you order: name, billing and delivery address, email, telephone number, and what you bought.
- When you create an account: the above plus a password, stored only as a one-way hash that cannot be reversed.
- When you use the site: IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and to keep the shop working.
- When you contact us: whatever you choose to tell us, kept with your order record.
We never see your card details. Payment is handled entirely by our payment provider. Card numbers do not pass through, and are not stored on, our servers.
Why we hold it
- To take payment, ship your order, and handle returns and repairs — this is performance of our contract with you.
- To meet legal duties: tax records, customs declarations, and the record-keeping required of precious metal dealers.
- To prevent fraud and protect the shop — our legitimate interest, and yours.
- To send marketing, only where you have asked for it. You can stop it at any time from the link in any email.
Who else sees it
Only those who need to, and only what they need:
- Couriers — details to follow receive your delivery address and phone number.
- Payment providers — details to follow handle the transaction directly.
- Our hosting provider — details to follow, who store the site and its database.
- Authorities — where the law requires it.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. Ever.
Cookies
The shop sets cookies to remember what is in your bag, keep you logged in, and secure form submissions. These are strictly necessary — the shop cannot function without them. details to follow
How long we keep it
- Order records: details to follow as required by tax and trading law.
- Account details: until you close the account, then deleted within details to follow.
- Marketing consent: until you withdraw it.

Your rights

Security
The whole site runs over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed. Administrative access is restricted and logged. No system is perfectly secure, but we take the handling of your address seriously — for a jewellery customer, knowing what you bought and where you live is sensitive information, and we treat it that way.
