Shipping & Insured Delivery
Every order travels fully insured, in unbranded packaging, and must be signed for. Nothing is ever left on a doorstep.
Before it ships
Pieces held in stock leave us within details to follow. Anything made to order, resized or engraved takes details to follow. If your piece needs hallmarking before it can be sold, add details to follow. We will tell you the expected date in writing before we take payment for a made-to-order piece.

International
We ship to details to follow using details to follow with transit insurance covering the full replacement value. Delivery takes details to follow once the piece clears export formalities.
Shipping is quoted at checkout once you enter your address, because insurance is priced against the value of what is in your bag. Precious metal consignments cost more to move than most goods and we would rather show you the real figure than bury it in the price of the jewellery.
Duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside details to follow may attract import duty, VAT or GST on arrival. These are set by the destination country and are the recipient’s responsibility. We declare the full value — under-declaring precious goods invalidates the insurance and is illegal in most jurisdictions, so we will not do it, even if asked.
Every parcel carries the detailed invoice this site generates, breaking out metal weight, purity, making charges and stone values. Customs authorities generally clear precious goods faster when the valuation is itemised.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking reference by email when the parcel leaves us. For security, high-value consignments are tracked to the depot rather than door-to-door, and the courier will contact you to arrange a delivery window.
If something goes wrong
Check the packaging before you sign. If the seal is broken or the box is damaged, refuse the delivery and call us on details to follow the same day. A refused delivery is fully covered; a signed-for damaged parcel is much harder to claim against.
